I started my career inside large law firms. I saw firsthand how probate and inheritance cases were handled — shuffled between desks, delegated to junior associates, forgotten until a deadline forced action. Clients were case numbers. Communication was rare. Billing was opaque.
I built Lamash Legacy Law to be the opposite of that.
This is a solo practice by design. When you hire me, you get me — not a team of strangers, not a rotating cast of associates, not a paralegal who’s handling thirty cases at once. I know your name, I know your case, and I answer your calls.
Why Probate and Inheritance Law?
Probate and inheritance matters sit at the intersection of law and life’s most difficult moments. Someone you love has died or is incapacitated. Family relationships are strained. Finances are uncertain. Decisions need to be made under pressure, without clear information, by people who never expected to be in this position.
I chose this area because these moments deserve better than the factory approach. Every family is different. Every estate has its own complexity. Every dispute has its own history. The legal strategy should reflect all of that.
How I Work
- Direct access: You call me, you reach me. No receptionists, no voicemail trees.
- Stage-by-stage updates: You’ll always know where your case stands and what’s coming next.
- Transparent billing: Clear invoices, no hidden fees, no surprise charges.
- Tailored strategy: I don’t apply templates. I build an approach specific to your case.
